Cosalea is not just to be enjoyed in the day!
In October 2021, in response to many requests from our customers, we underwent a full refurbishment and reopened as a café bar, allowing customers to experience all that Cosalea has to offer in the evenings.
We’d quickly developed a reputation as one of the best café’s in the area and we’ve built on this, creating a fully licensed, relaxed café vibe in new, contemporary surroundings with a great choice of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails and live music.
Our aim was to offer great quality food and drinks in a fresh, welcoming social space for the local community to enjoy and now the main café becomes alive with live music and entertainment and The Vault can be hired for private parties and events. Get in touch for more information.

Our Recommended Gin
LONG DOG GIN
This local, premium gin is distilled in Tottington, Bury.
It came about from the owners love and passion for their Miniature Dachshunds `Max` and `Paddy`.
The gin takes blood orange, pink grapefruit and 15 carefully balanced botanicals including juniper, cardamom, cinnamon and allspice berries to create a true London Dry Gin distilled in very small batches.
This gin comes served with a Mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange to make a beautiful G&T.
