Owner Lisa Moore has huge experience in both the catering and corporate world and wanted to create a space to combine the two – and venues at Walshaw Rd & Brandlesholme have provided perfect locations.

Cosalea, Walshaw Rd opened its doors in 2020 & was joined by Cosalea, Brandlesholme in 2022; offering locally sourced, excellent quality food, drinks and a fresh, welcoming social space for the local community to enjoy.

Our Name

Lisa is mum to three daughters who are at the heart of everything she does, giving her the inspiration and determination to drive her business as their role model.

Cosalea is a combination of their names – Cora, Isla and Leah – and through this, they are at the heart of everything we do.

MEET & CREATE

Cosalea offers the perfect social space for everyone. Whether you need a change of scenery with your laptop, the chance to grab a coffee and catch up after the school run, or somewhere to relax & enjoy a little bit of family time, we have the space to accommodate every need.

With an additional space away from the main café at our Walshaw Rd venue, we can offer private dining for a special celebration, a formal meeting area with full sound system, projector and screens or even a space to hold small community activities.

Whatever your needs, we would be delighted to show you around and discuss how we can provide a tailor-made package to suit your budget.
